ADONIS DANCE ACADEMY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. AGE RESTRICTION AND VERIFICATION

Our services, including but not limited to 'Male Stripping 101' and 'Lapdance Masterclass', are strictly intended for adults. By purchasing a subscription or accessing any materials, you explicitly represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Adonis Dance Academy strictly prohibits the sale of its materials to minors. If we discover or have reasonable suspicion that you are under 18, your account and access will be terminated immediately, without warning and without refund, and you may be permanently banned from the platform.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By purchasing a subscription, course, or accessing any materials provided by Adonis Dance Academy ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Student", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not purchase or access our services.

3. PHYSICAL LIABILITY AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER The physical training, dance movements, and stage performance techniques taught by Adonis Dance Academy carry inherent risks of physical injury.

  • Assumption of Risk: By participating, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any physical injuries, strains, or medical conditions that may arise from executing the movements taught in our curriculum or via our 1-on-1 feedback app.

  • Medical Clearance: You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might prevent you from participating safely. You are strictly advised to consult with a physician before beginning any physical training program.

  • Release of Liability: Adonis Dance Academy, its founders, instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential injuries or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our training materials.

4. PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY & NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS Adonis Dance Academy provides educational resources and training. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Employment: We are not an agency. We are not responsible for securing you employment, contracts, or auditions. Preparing you for international stage recruitment does not guarantee you will be hired. You are solely responsible for your own career advancement and seeking out opportunities.

  • Social & Personal Life: The information provided in courses such as the ‘Lapdance Masterclass’ or social nightclub modules is for educational purposes. We make no guarantees regarding your personal dating life, relationships, or social success. How you interpret and apply this information is entirely your responsibility.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT AND ACCEPTABLE USE Our curriculum is highly specialized and must be used responsibly.

  • ‘Male Stripping 101’: Information provided in this module is exclusively intended for application within the professional, legal male stripping and revue industry.

  • Legal Compliance: We strictly prohibit and do not advocate working illegally. You are entirely responsible for ensuring you possess the correct visas, working documents, and permits required by your country of residence. You are solely responsible for working safely and declaring your earnings to the appropriate tax authorities.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND PRIVACY (1-ON-1 FEEDBACK) As part of the Adonis Dance Academy curriculum, you may submit video recordings of your training for 1-on-1 feedback. You retain ownership of your content; however, by submitting videos, you grant the Company a secure, non-exclusive license to view and store this content solely for the purpose of providing educational feedback. We will never share, publish, or use your submitted videos for marketing purposes without your explicit, separate written consent. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, explicit beyond the bounds of professional choreography, or violates the privacy of any third party.

7. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES AND RIGHT TO TERMINATE Access to the Adonis Dance Academy Skool community is a privilege, not a right. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, spamming, self-promotion, or the sharing of inappropriate/explicit material. We reserve the right to instantly revoke your community access and terminate your subscription, without warning and without refund, if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your behavior is toxic, disruptive, or violates the culture of the Academy.

8. BILLING, CANCELLATION, AND ACCESS

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your billing preferences directly through our payment provider (Stripe).

  • Access Post-Cancellation: Upon cancelling a recurring subscription, your access to the Adonis Dance Academy platform and community will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle, at which point it will be automatically terminated.

  • Failed Payments: If an automatic payment fails, you will be granted a seven (7) day grace period to update your payment method or ensure sufficient funds are available. If successful payment is not processed within these 7 days, your student access will be immediately revoked and your subscription permanently cancelled.

9. REFUND POLICY

  • The 24-Hour Window: An immediate, no-questions-asked refund will be provided if requested within exactly twenty-four (24) hours of the initial purchase timestamp of your course or subscription.

  • Discretionary Refunds: If you have had access to the course for longer than 24 hours, all purchases are generally considered final. Any refund for the current month's payment will be granted strictly at our sole discretion, based on a review of the individual circumstances.

10. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES By purchasing our products, you agree to our refund policy. Attempting to bypass our refund policy by issuing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company for a valid charge is a breach of these Terms. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, your access to all Adonis Dance Academy platforms will be immediately and permanently revoked, and we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with your financial institution using this agreement as proof of your consent.

11. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND PLATFORM RELIABILITY Adonis Dance Academy utilizes third-party platforms (such as Skool) to host its community and curriculum. While we strive for uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available 100% of the time. We are not liable for any downtime, technical glitches, or server outages caused by third-party providers, and such outages do not constitute grounds for a refund.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content provided by Adonis Dance Academy, including but not limited to video tutorials, written copy, community posts, and app-based feedback, is the exclusive intellectual property of Adonis Dance Academy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the materials for your personal development. You are strictly prohibited from downloading, recording, reproducing, distributing, or reselling our proprietary material.

13. GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Queensland, Australia.
